1. Overview

Rankd is an App Store Optimization (ASO) tool designed to gain insights into app rankings, keyword difficulty, and metadata health. Rankd provides proprietary metrics, including "Health Scores" and "Opportunity Scores," calculated and provided by the Application.

2. Accounts

To use Rankd, you must provide accurate information, including your email address and payment information. Your account is secured via third-party authentication. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Plan Entitlements & Subscriptions

Access to Rankd is governed by specific plan entitlements (e.g., limits on tracked apps, keywords, and manual sync frequency).

Fees: By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Usage Limits: Circumventing plan limits via multiple accounts or automated means is a violation of these terms.

Data Retention: If a subscription ends or an account is deleted, Rankd reserves the right to permanently remove tracked keyword history and app data to maintain system hygiene.

4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping

Ownership: The Application, including its scoring algorithms, architecture, and data visualizations, is the exclusive property of the Owner.

No Scraping: You are strictly prohibited from using automated tools to extract data from rankd.dev.

Data Use: You are granted a limited license to use Rankd insights for your internal business purposes. You may not resell raw data.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect minimal personal data (email) and non-personal data (cookies and IP addresses) to provide the service and enforce rate limits.

Authorized Access: For support purposes, authorized personnel may access specific user data to resolve technical issues.

Service Accuracy: While we strive for maximum accuracy in our analytics and scores, Rankd does not guarantee specific ranking outcomes or App Store performance.

6. Liability and Indemnification

Disclaimer: Rankd is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy of keyword popularity or the likelihood of ranking improvements.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of app store revenue. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.

Indemnification: You agree to defend and indemnify the Owner against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

7. Service Interruption & Force Majeure

To ensure the best service level, we reserve the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance. We are not liable for outages caused by reasons outside our reasonable control, such as infrastructural breakdowns, blackouts, or external service disruptions.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore. Under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, no person who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce them.
